I have been listening to "Good to Great" by Jim Collins. After the AMP class I decided to finish listening and learned about the Hedgehog Concept. See the diagram below. This part of the book talks about companies that can find the center of the 3 circles is when greatness is achieved. If you can find what you can be best at, passionate about and what drives your engine then you can achieve greatness or your organization can achieve greatness. I would highly recommend this book to anyone.
