1. I will be mindful of my DISC style and DISC styles of others as I interact at work. I will work on adapting my style to best suite the needs of the situation and the people involved. At the end of each week I will evaluate 3 to 5 interactions to assess what worked and didn't work well in adapting my DISC style, with a particular focus on upping my D and/or I tendency as needed.
2. I will practice being more effective and decisive in moving a situation towards resolution when needed, particularly with the cross office team that I lead to ensure that deadlines are being met and team members have a proper sense of mission and urgency that I sometimes to not adequately convey. As the team completes its actions, I will review that project's path through the team and evaluate if the deadlines were met, my effectiveness in communicating with the team, and if I am meeting the needs of the other team members.

I like your approach for evaluating the DISC interactions to try to learn from them and make adjustments for future interactions. Accessing results and implementing lessons learned is often the most critical, and often overlooked aspect, of most endeavors that gets overlooked.
Glad to see that the team modules discussed at the training have a direct and immediate opportunity to be implemented to benefit you and your team. Hoping it works out for you and your team. You might consider sitting down with the team, briefly discuss what you learned at the training, and telling them you are going to try to implement some of those lessons with the team... so that they know where this change in style is coming from. It may help them in understanding the source of the behavior change on your part as an attempt for self improvement, and not a function of anything they are necessarily doing.
