In the article 'Leadership is About Emotion,' the author brings up great points about what makes a good leader including collaboration, respect and honesty. However, what struck me most about this article is that leadership is not about control. In fact it says that a leader should inspire and then get out of the way. As an "I" I found this to be a great point.
