Thanks for posting this article. I have had the opportunity to lead small teams that have come from different generations. It is very true that your style of leading will have to vary from person to person, and their motivations are all different.

Hi Katrina,
Great article and a very relevant topic in today's workplace. The four steps presented in the article for leading a multi-generational team are very valuable to keep in mind. I think it would be especially challenging to lead a multi-generational team if the team leader is younger than most of the team members.
