The following leadership book is a great read. The book helped me decide why leadership/supervision is for me. The short answer is serving others.
The best way to describe this book is it's a one stop shop on how to embody serving others. The book goes into detail on values a servant leader must have. But it doesn't stop there. The book provides real examples on how to deal with sensitive situations a leader will encounter. The book outlines several situations a leader will eventually encounter with their employees.
It's a great resource and offers an interesting perspective.
Number one supervision book I would recommend.
