Two leadership related behaviors I will commit to are: 1) At the end of each month I will express appreciation seven times or when warranted to my co-workers about the value they provide me as a result of their different DISC behavioral traits. 2) I will update my IDP to reflect my short term and long term goals for this performance year and future five years. I will complete this update by the end of September.

I love the appreciative approach, Omar! It will be interesting to see how expressing your appreciation for others and the value they bring enhances your relationships. And best wishes with updating the IDP.

It's great that you updating your IDP and set a date to get it completed. That will be a very useful accomplishment.

Good luck Omar= let me know any insights you get on deducing DISC types on the fly as that could be really useful. Johnson

I really like your number 1 practice Omar, seems like you'll really put some thought into adapting to the DISC styles of those around you that way.

I applaud the challenge you have put in front of yourself for identifying DISC traits and behaviors of coworkers. It would be interesting to see if you can pick a few DISC traits out for individuals, and then have them take the DISC assessment to see if you hit the mark on your assessment of their behaviors.
