1.) I will practice being more effective at offering both reinforcing and redirecting feedback using the S-B-I technique. I will seek out one opportunity to offer reinforcing or redirecting feedback. I will do this and reflect on how this working at the end of each week.

My second commitment is to work on providing more details in the documents I write and in my interactions. As an "I" on the DISC assessment I tend to look at the big picture more than details. I will do this by paying attention to details in two documents I am working on in the next three weeks (a certification review and a process review).

Hi Christina! Cool goals! For the first: -Consider asking those you give feedback to to provide feedback back to you on how they received their feedback. For the second: -How do you plan to measure completion of this goal? Way to go! Keep on trucking.

Great Christina. Thanks for sharing these! Regarding your commitment to being more detailed in your review documents, how will you measure your success and the impact of that success? Best wishes with these efforts!

those are good practices Christina, as a S/C I always appreciate well reasoned arguments to support decision making.

After having gone through a week at work, and having been unable to really find one good opportunity to implement SBI, I think your goal is much more reasonable than mine was. And I absolutely love the "more detail" angle... but of course I would given my SC classification. lol
