Hi Sharon, These are great goals. Planning out your activities will help you when you take on the supervision role and have to balance several things at once. It is also great that you are working on providing useable and clear feedback.

Hello Sharon. Working to balance your I and D is a wonderful goal, it is a similar goal to one of mine but I am the opposite (high C and S). I know it can be challenging to make the adjustments to create a more balanced style but in the long run I think it will be beneficial to you and team members. I would like to add that there can be great leaders that fall into all DISC categories, so even if you are not able to achieve a more balanced DISC you can and will be a great leader.

As a strong "I" myself, Sharon, I can appreciate the effort it takes to be "planful" of your day, your week, your life! This is something I have worked on too and it has been a great help in keeping me sane. Good luck with this effort as well as the expansion of your feedback to others.

Hi Daniel,
My summary really focused on balancing my time not the characteristics outlined in my DISC assessment. I tend to be focused on the right now, make up some rules as I go (depending on the situation). I have to be more regimented to manage my time appropriately . To me, the DISC assessment is just a tiny descriptor of who I am, when I am in certain situations. Now, more prevailing personality traits may show more than others, but all are used at some point. This assessment do not gauge if you are or will be a good leader. To me, it points out some characteristics that are more prevailing based on a persons motivational values.
Thank you for your feedback.
