1) I will look for more opportunities to utilize the SBI Feedback tool (Situational Context, Behavior Observed, Impact of Behavior) when providing feedback. I anticipate opportunities to use this in both my professional and personal environments, and will attempt to do so at least once a day. I will keep a log of each occurrence.
2) Recognizing that proper sleep habits and exercise are important aspects of a well-balanced state-of-mind for improving decision making, relationship building, and work performance, I commit to do a better job self-regulating these aspects of my life. I will commit to go to bed by 11 pm and exercise at least twice (but preferably three times) a week.

Nice, Greg. I love that you integrated a personal wellness habit into your LPs! It's hard to be fully effective with others when you're not in full balance and health yourself. Good luck with these commitments!

Very cool pic Greg! I really like your goals too.
For the first: -consider an end date. -Great job!
For the second: -Consider an end date to assess. -Consider adding a tally on how you feel as a result of exercise and early sleep:)

The personal goal is a great one! I know when I get more sleep especially, I tend to be a lot more productive/happier during the day. Great job and I hope it's going well.

I hope your practices are going well Greg. We all identified wanting better feedback in the class, I hope your practice with SBI is helping you deliver that to those around you.

Assignment 1C: Apparently I do not have enough interactions in my job (at least not over the course of the last week) that would present enough opportunities to utilize SBI strategies as identified in my stated goal.
On the home front, I was able to somewhat use the SBI method on a matter with my daughter, in which she lied about her level of effort on a school reading assignment. I guess the discussion was a success because she didn’t throw a fit when I told her she was grounded because of her actions.
I was not successful in getting to bed by 11:00 pm most nights, though I did manage to get to bed by 11:30 for 3 of the 5 work nights last week (which is progress considering it’s typically midnight or later before I go to sleep). This week is equally challenging to get the things done that I need/want to get done between the time I get home, spend time with family, and then needed downtime before getting to bed. I did manage to go swimming twice last week.
